Secretary

I am responsible for taking minutes during our weekly meetings, writing newspaper articles after successful outreaches and writing up all official and unofficial documents.
Treasurer

I keep track of VetSCO finances and our annual budget as well as write up expense reports for outreaches.

Community Engagement

We are the connection between the students and the community. Our responsibilities include contacting State vets, community leaders and people that are in need of our help. We conduct previsits to determine the needs of the community and assess what VetSCO is able to do for them.
Education

Teaching and educating farmers as well as children and the general public on ethical animal treatment and care. We aim to better their understanding of their animals and their needs.
Fundraising

We raise much needed funds to support the VetSCO team during outreaches. The money raised goes towards purchasing vaccines, dewormer, food for donation and many other vital supplies for the communities that we support.
Sponsorship

I am responsible for acquiring suitable sponsors for the equipment and supplies that are needed during outreaches. I ensure that the relationships between sponsors and VetSCO is strong, by promoting advertising of the sponsors as well as showing them just how much of a difference their sponsorships are making.
Networking and Logistics
Name: Leshan Pillay
Year: 2nd year Vet Science
I'm involved in networking with sponsors and students during important VetSCO events. I am also responsible for inventory.
Nurse representative
Name: Mikaela Warren
Year: 1st year Vet Nurse
I'm responsible for communicating with the nurse students regarding outreaches as well as booking animals and tables and helping with training before the outreach.
